Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay

The Bahia Principe is an all-inclusive luxury resort with only a 5 minute drive to Jewel Paradise Cove where the concerts and special activities take place (shuttle is included but times are limited to the music schedule). Guests will have access to use the facilities of both the Bahia Principe Luxury and the Bahia Principe Grand resorts. Combined between both sections, there are 1375 rooms, making it the largest resort in Jamaica. All hotel rooms for Island Exodus 14 will be set in the adults only Bahia Principe Luxury.
4 All Inclusive Nights at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay are included in this package. Guests will be able to take advantage of 6 pools, 6 restaurants, 8 bars and plenty of daytime activities offered by the resort. Shuttles between the resort will be available approximately one hour prior to show time and will operate every 30 minutes in both directions. The last shuttle after the conclusion of the evening show will be approximately 3am. For those looking to extend their vacation, additional nights are available as add-ons during the purchase process.

- Initial deposit of $500 per person based on double occupancy or $1000 per person based on single occupancy due when making reservation

Deadline Dates
- Adding extra days must be requested prior to December 1, 2023, subject to availability. Adding days after December 1, 2023 will result in an additional $50 per change fee.
- If you choose only to cancel an extra night booked this must be done no later than November 1, 2023. There will be a $150 fee per night canceled. If the extra night is canceled after December 1, 2023 it is completely non-refundable.
- Airline information must be received no later than December 1, 2023.
- If your roommate's name is "TBA" we must receive their name no later than December 1, 2023. A $50 penalty will be assessed to add name after December 1, 2023.
Cancellations are Subject to the Following Schedule
- Prior to September 1, 2023 - Cancellations received prior to September 1, a full refund less $500 non-refundable deposit per person based on double or triple occupancy or $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Between September 1, 2023 and November 1, 2023 - Cancellations received between September 1 and November 1, full refund less $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on double or triple occupancy or $2000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Cancellations received after November 1, 2023 will NOT be refunded.
- If you need to cancel after November 1, 2023, you may choose to resell your room.There will be a $100 administrative fee per person assessed to change the names on the reservation one time. This fee can be paid by either party. Name changes must be received prior to December 1, 2023.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER December 1, 2023.
- No exchanges of dates for additional events are permitted at any time.
